About the role
Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. This is a complex, large scale, data centre mission critical project working with an amazing client organisation and talented Mace team.
What you'll do
- Support feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and contract selection, contributing to procurement reports
- Provide estimating and cost planning support, ensuring robust final cost plans
- Assist in all procurement stages including prequalification, enquiry, analysis, selection, and contract preparation
- Support preparation of contract documents, valuations, variations, warranties, and bonds in line with contractual terms
- Work with Cost Consultants to deliver cost control, reporting services, and financial analysis for clients
