What you'll do
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across the Aedeon frontend (React + Next.js) with a focus on reliability, performance, and user experience
- Work with product management, designers, and backend/DevOps engineers to take features from requirement to deployed, tested release
- Participate actively in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives with a product-first perspective
- Own delivery of your features end to end — development through deployment and post-release validation
- Commit to sprint and release deadlines and hit them. Flag blockers and risks with enough lead time to mitigate them
