Project Manager (Data Center Migration & Modernization)

About the role

You'll lead a large-scale data center migration and modernization program moving workloads, applications, and infrastructure to AWS planning the waves, tracking the risks, aligning engineering, architecture, security, and business teams, and keeping the committed date defensible every single week. The engineers own the technical judgment.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of the data center migration to AWS: assessment, discovery, design, migration waves, and stabilization
• Drive modernization initiatives containerization, refactoring, re-platforming, and automation improvements
• Develop and maintain project plans, migration wave schedules, RAID logs, communication plans, and status reports
• Keep activities aligned with cloud adoption frameworks, enterprise architecture guidelines, and the client's business objectives
• Track scope, priorities, risks, dependencies, delays, and deliverables across multiple workstreams — surface slippage before it costs the date
