Reporting to the People Operations Regional Head, this position leads a team of People Operation Advisors across multiple locations, with responsibility for day-to-day service delivery, process excellence, and team engagement across employee life cycle. Lead and engage a team of People Operation Advisors across multiple countries, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and high team morale.

• Oversee the delivery of timely, accurate, and high-quality HR operational services across the Hire to Retire E2E full employee lifecycle
