About the role
The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for managing, automating, optimizing, and improving the SAP infrastructure estate hosted primarily on Microsoft Azure.
What you'll do
- Responsible for managing, automating, optimizing, and improving the SAP infrastructure estate hosted primarily on Microsoft Azure
- Support both business-as-usual operations and strategic platform transformation activities across SAP landscapes, including S/4HANA, legacy SAP, HANA databases
- Provide technical support for BAU operations, incidents, service requests, changes, maintenance windows, and problem management
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues across Linux, Azure, storage, backup, monitoring, networking, and SAP platform components
- Support critical incidents and major incident management calls by providing technical analysis, recovery actions, and clear updates
