What you'll do
- Supervise inbound and outbound activities including unloading, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch of automotive parts
- Ensure adherence to shift schedules, manpower planning, and task allocation
- Monitor real-time operations to avoid delays and ensure smooth material flow
- Oversee handling of various automotive components such as fasteners, electricals, body parts, and assemblies
