About the role
Executes operational landside activities including pre-dispatch validations, dispatching, and post-dispatch workflows. Owns clearing system exceptions (Charge Control and Dispute Approval / Contract Change Transaction), validating documentation, and initiating or approving accessorial charges according to process.
What you'll do
- Monitoring the queue in the SAP Transportation Management System (SAP TM) and resolve flagged exceptions
- Verifying the required documents for vendor invoice payments
- Reviewing and approve or reject accessorial charges based on the supporting evidence provided
- Coordinating with local and regional teams to obtain or correct missing or inaccurate data
- Facilitating a minimum of two Daily Stand-Up (DSU) meetings per week
