Survey Review Advisor

About the role

Review and quality assure cargo survey reports to ensure that findings are complete, accurate and adequately supported by evidence. Ensure survey findings provide relevant information to support claims assessment, liability determination, recovery and loss-prevention activities. Identify gaps in survey investigations and engage with surveyors to obtain necessary clarification, documentation or additional evidence.

What you'll do

• Review and quality assure cargo survey reports to ensure that findings are complete, accurate and adequately supported by evidence
• Ensure survey findings provide relevant information to support claims assessment, liability determination, recovery and loss-prevention activities
• Identify gaps in survey investigations and engage with surveyors to obtain necessary clarification, documentation or additional evidence
• Identify recovery opportunities and recurring cargo damage trends from survey findings and provide actionable recommendations to relevant stakeholders
