Data & Reporting Specialist

About the role

The HR Data & Reporting Specialist supports the day‑to‑day operation of HR data and reporting activities, with a strong focus on Workday EIB processing, HR report creation, and data quality management. This role is an individual contributor position, responsible for executing defined data and reporting tasks to ensure HR teams have accurate, timely, and reliable data for operational and decision‑making needs.

What you'll do

• Execute Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) uploads and data loads in line with approved processes and governance rules
• Support ongoing HR data maintenance activities across core HR data domains
• Create, maintain, and refresh standard HR reports and dashboards using defined templates and agreed data definitions
• Run scheduled and ad‑hoc HR reports to support operational and business needs
• Support HR stakeholders with basic report interpretation and usage guidance
