About the role
We are looking for experienced Transition Managers to join our Global Business Services Strategy & Transformation team. This is not simply an opportunity to manage a transition plan. It is a chance to help build a greenfield GBS organisation, shape new ways of working, and create the operational foundations for an independent global ice cream company.
What you'll do
- Lead complex, end-to-end process transitions across functions such as Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement and Supplier Operations
- Own the integrated transition journey from solution identification and knowledge transfer through readiness, go-live, Hypercare and sustainable handover to Operations
- Work at the centre of business, GBS, technology, functional and service-provider teams, connecting multiple workstreams into one executable transition plan
- Drive governance, manage risks and dependencies, challenge readiness where required, and help leadership make informed phase-gate and Go/No-Go decisions
