About the role
This role will be responsible for the successful enablement of a standalone Ice Cream company that is geared for future success as ‘the best HR Technology team in the industry’. The role will be part of a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team led by the Ice Cream HR Technology Lead. Continuous performance (check-ins, feedback flows).
What you'll do
- Configure and maintain Review templates and rating scales, Goal frameworks (cascading, alignment, visibility), Talent pools, grid definitions, and profile data
- Ensure alignment with global Talent and Performance strategy
- Partner with Talent/COE teams to translate frameworks (e.g., leadership models, rating philosophy) into scalable Workday solutions
- Improve user experience and adoption (simplification, automation, UX improvements)
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical support teams and global HR process owners
