About the role
As an Assistant Manager in Process Engineering within Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd's Farm Division, you will be entrusted with end-to-end responsibility for engine assembly and testing processes, ensuring adherence to stringent performance parameters. You will play a pivotal role in achieving production volume targets while maintaining uncompromising quality, cost efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
What you'll do

- Play a pivotal role in achieving production volume targets while maintaining uncompromising quality, cost efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Drive organizational objectives related to production, quality, cost, delivery, safety, and morale (PQCDSM)
- Provide crucial support to management by assisting in diverse shop floor activities and will maintain active coordination with departments such as Supply Chain
- Ensure the health, wellbeing, and safety of all team members by enforcing compliance with occupational health and safety standards
