Your key deliverables include ensuring that production schedules are consistently met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance.

- Lead and manage a dynamic operations team, driving initiatives related to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to optimize operational efficiency and minimize downtime
- Also coordinate workforce planning, including staffing and development, to build a motivated and skilled team
- Support cross-facility strategies and ensure that resources are effectively allocated and utilised across distributed sites
- Lead and manage operations across all shifts ensuring seamless production flow and adherence to quality standards
