About the role
The role focuses on Vehicle-level verification of high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) electrical systems, ePowertrain, charging systems, diagnostics, controls, and software features under laboratory and real-world operating conditions. Validate vehicle electrical functions at system and vehicle level.
What you'll do
- Test and verify LV electrical architecture (12V/24V systems)
- Verify operation of power distribution units, relays, fuses, wiring harnesses, and connectors
- Perform sleep current, wake-up, power mode transition, and electrical load tests
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using wiring diagrams and diagnostic tools
- Perform powertrain functional and performance testing
