What you'll do
- Resolving Customer complaints, failed part analysis, ICA/PCA identification, Verification & Implementation
- Resolving daily line concerns, analysis, ICA/PCA identification, Verification & Implementation. Rework procedure finalization & approval
- Ensuring adherence of assembly processes as per drawing and SOP to deliver defect free product
- Attend Daily Quality meeting, Analysis, ICA/PCA. Quality MIS data Preparation and report release
- Establish and sustain Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16949 standard
