Manage procurement and material planning activities to ensure uninterrupted supply of spare parts. Regularly visit suppliers to identify and resolve capacity, quality, and supply-chain bottlenecks. Drive initiatives for freight cost optimization and logistics efficiency improvement. Implement and sustain effective packaging solutions to improve handling, storage, and transportation efficiency.
