About the role
Daily Work Management- Monitor the set targets on a day to day basis effectively by managing priorities. Monitor BWT’s performance w.r.t. PQCDSM and seek out better ways of improving BWT performance Ensure timely actions for internal/external customer concerns and sustenance of the same. Adherence to training plan as per ILU matrix and improve/upgrade skill level
What you'll do
- Monitor BWT’s performance w.r.t. PQCDSM and seek out better ways of improving BWT performance
- Ensure timely actions for internal/external customer concerns and sustenance of the same
- Conduct various process audits and closure of NC’s
- Responsible for adhering to Quality Management systems, WSS, 5S, IPMS & QDMS
- Maintain QMS, prepare SOS, WSS documents & 5S standards
