About the role
Handling of Next customer issues (Paint , TCF & PQA)- root cause analysis and action planning with horizontal deployment. Handling of field concerns- root cause analysis and action planning with horizontal deployment. Participate in various CFTs like EN, DCP, MPPAP, etc Managing & strengthening of BIW checks at EOL inspection.
What you'll do
- Handling of Next customer issues (Paint , TCF & PQA)- root cause analysis and action planning with horizontal deployment
- Handling of field concerns- root cause analysis and action planning with horizontal deployment
- Participate in various CFTs like EN, DCP, MPPAP, etc
- Managing & strengthening of BIW checks at EOL inspection
- Ensure right quality of outgoing vehicles
