About the role
Monitor and ensure timely execution of Preventive, Predictive, and Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) activities to improve equipment reliability and customer satisfaction. Maintain and troubleshoot Battery Shop equipment including KUKA Robots, Slat Conveyors, Testing Machines, Nitrogen Generators, AHUs, Sealant Dispensing Systems, Servo Motors, Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems .
What you'll do
- Monitor and ensure timely execution of Preventive, Predictive, and Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) activities to improve equipment reliability and customer satisfaction
- Maintain and troubleshoot Battery Shop equipment including KUKA Robots, Slat Conveyors, Testing Machines, Nitrogen Generators, AHUs, Sealant Dispensing Systems
- Handle equipment hardware, software, parameter loading, programming, and system restoration activities
- Perform PLC programming, HMI configuration, I/O module configuration, robot teaching, and system integration activities
- Maintain systematic backups of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, robots, and PC-based machines
