About the role
Release and revise production schedules to vendors and update monthly schedules in SAP. Release schedules for spare parts requirements and ensure timely material availability. Assess stock levels against pull/manual shortage lists and manage inventory effectively. Follow up with vendors and transport agencies for material dispatch and delivery.
What you'll do

- Follow up with vendors and transport agencies for material dispatch and delivery
- Support supplier capacity enhancement initiatives in coordination with SSU
- Process spare part clearances through SAP, including delivery number generation and excise/non-excise allocations
- Handle correspondence with vendors and transport agencies regarding supply-related matters
