About the role
'- Develop and execute the Smart Factory / Industry 4.0 roadmap aligned with business and manufacturing objectives. Identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, connected operations, and data-driven decision-making. Digital dashboards and real-time production monitoring Digital work instructions and operator solutions
What you'll do
- Identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, connected operations, and data-driven decision-making
- Integrate OT systems with IT platforms, ensuring secure and reliable data flow
- Develop manufacturing KPIs, dashboards, and analytics for OEE, downtime, throughput, quality, scrap, energy, and maintenance performance
- Lead pilot projects and scale successful digital solutions across production lines and plants
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and translate them into practical digital solutions
