About the role
Monitor quality performance across all Quality Gate/ Inspection areas Drive issues resolution with CFT- BIW, TCF, Paint, PVT, Maintenance etc. Lead root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and Why-Why Analysis. Analyze in-process and end-of-line defects and initiate corrective actions. Monitor warranty, field failure, and customer complaint trends.
What you'll do
- Monitor quality performance across all Quality Gate/ Inspection areas
- Monitor and improve offline & online RPT
- Drive issues resolution with CFT- BIW, TCF, Paint, PVT, Maintenance etc
- Lead root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and Why-Why Analysis
- Analyze in-process and end-of-line defects and initiate corrective actions
