About the role
Ensure & sustain Paint Quality by proactive approach to control process to prevent any type of quality failure. Co-ordinate with paint material suppliers on quality issues , quality upgradation. Ensure product quality parameters , goals are achieved as per plan. Review , analysis & action planning of daily quality data , rework & rejection , internal & external customer complaints.
What you'll do
- Ensure & sustain Paint Quality by proactive approach to control process to prevent any type of quality failure
- Ensure product quality parameters , goals are achieved as per plan
- Review , analysis & action planning of daily quality data , rework & rejection , internal & external customer complaints
- Interact with body shop and TCF shops , PVT for paint shop quality related co-ordinations
- Facilitate Quality related internal/external audits
