About the role
To ensure sustainable reduction in Pre sales claim ratios and unclean POD % To monitor damages in vehicles , conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive action plans. To verify Pre sales claims and share feed back with CCM/ Dealers for any abnormality To be able to segregate patterns in defects from random defects and share with respective plant teams for RCA/ PA
What you'll do
- Ensure sustainable reduction in Pre sales claim ratios and unclean POD %
- Monitor damages in vehicles , conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive action plans
- Verify Pre sales claims and share feed back with CCM/ Dealers for any abnormality
- Conduct benchmark studies and improve current processes
- Conduct regular visits to dealers, RSOs, and yards to gather feedback and drive improvement initiatives
