About the role
As the Deputy Manager of Paint Shop Production at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, you will be responsible for comprehensive oversight of daily operations within the paint shop. Your leadership will encompass production workflows, manufacturing processes, maintenance scheduling, engineering support, and the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives.

- Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory compliance, and maintain high levels of quality while optimising costs
- Spearhead the development and continual enhancement of operational methods, equipment utilisation, process systems
- Lead talent management activities including recruitment, performance evaluation
- Developing detailed production scheduling to align with internal objectives and customer expectations will be fundamental to your remit
