About the role
Responsible for Field/internal Customer Quality of Aggregate & Driveline. Handling field/warranty complaints, one of field concern, early mileage failure & PDI Concern. Field failure parts tracking & analysis in coordination with Product stakeholders for RCA & actions, effective interaction with internal customers/dealers
What you'll do
- Responsible for Field/internal Customer Quality of Aggregate & Driveline
- Handling field/warranty complaints, one of field concern, early mileage failure & PDI Concern
- Ensure timely closure of field failures with structured problem solving approach (QC story/G8D)
- Conduct Product & Process Audits of Assembly & Machine shop
- Responsible for all field concerns related CTQ audit, vehicle plant audits & Dock Audit of RFD aggregates
