Lead automation and controls engineering activities for new manufacturing facilities and model launch projects. Define plant-wide controls architecture, PLC standards, SCADA, HMI and industrial networking requirements. Develop automation strategies for Press, BIW, Paint, Assembly, Battery and Logistics operations.
What you'll do

- Develop automation strategies for Press, BIW, Paint, Assembly, Battery and Logistics operations
- Lead specification, sourcing and implementation of PLCs, robots, vision systems, traceability systems and MES interfaces
- Drive digital manufacturing, smart factory and Industry 4.0 initiatives
