About the role
The Deputy Manager - Spares Sourcing will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted availability of spare parts and bought-out components through effective procurement planning, supplier coordination, inventory management, and supply chain execution.
What you'll do
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of spare parts and bought-out components as per business plans and customer requirements
- Drive 100% schedule adherence through proactive supplier coordination and follow-up
- Resolve supplier-related operational issues, including pending payment concerns, delivery delays, and supply constraints
- Maintain inventory levels within defined norms while minimizing stock-outs and excess inventory
- Ensure uninterrupted material availability to support customer demand and service requirements
