About the role
Ensure maximum equipment uptime (MTBF improvement) across lines through effective preventive and predictive maintenance practices Execute and monitor planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules for critical assets such as conveyors, tightening systems, robots, and utilities Lead breakdown maintenance activities , ensuring minimum downtime and quick restoration of production operations
What you'll do
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime (MTBF improvement) across lines through effective preventive and predictive maintenance practices
- Execute and monitor planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules for critical assets such as conveyors, tightening systems, robots, and utilities
- Lead breakdown maintenance activities , ensuring minimum downtime and quick restoration of production operations
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for recurring equipment failures
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure zero disruption to takt time and line balancing
