Own functional leadership and accountability for BIW and Structural systems engineering across 3W and 4W EV/ICE portfolios. Providing standardized, robust, and Engineering solutions across platforms. Lead BIW, Structural and Sheet metal system development, ensuring domain readiness and technical excellence.
What you'll do
- Own functional leadership and accountability for BIW and Structural systems engineering across 3W and 4W EV/ICE portfolios
- Providing standardized, robust, and Engineering solutions across platforms
- Lead BIW, Structural and Sheet metal system development, ensuring domain readiness and technical excellence
- Define system architectures, design standards , DFMEA , and engineering guidelines to support platform‑led program execution
- Ensure systems meet durability, NVH , ride & handling, safety, payload, thermal performance
