About the role
Define the Nagpur plant digital roadmap and reference architecture (ISA-95 / Purdue model) in line with the corporate Manufacturing Digital strategy and Industry 4.0 vision. Participate in plant layout, process and equipment design reviews from the pre-construction stage to embed connectivity, data-capture points, network pathways, cabling and space provisions (server / HUB rooms) by design.
What you'll do

- Participate in plant layout, process and equipment design reviews from the pre-construction stage to embed connectivity, data-capture points, network pathways
- Own the end-to-end MES program for the plant: requirements, functional design, configuration / customization, integration, testing (UAT), cut-over, Go-Live and hypercare
- Implement core MES functions per ISA-95 model: production order and work-order execution, line and station control
- Establish MES performance, availability, DR / backup and release-management practices appropriate for 24x7 production environments
