What you'll do
- Drive reduction in Warranty RPT (Repairs per Thousand), Warranty CPU (Cost per Unit), Unscheduled Visits
- Act as the single point of contact between Customer Care and Plant Quality teams for field quality concerns
- Lead investigation and resolution of product quality issues through cross-functional collaboration with Design, Supplier Quality, and Manufacturing teams
- Ensure timely containment, corrective actions, and closure of emerging and critical field issues
- Capture and institutionalize lessons learned from existing products and integrate them into new product development programs
