About the role
Own functional leadership and accountability for Trims systems engineering across 3W and 4W EV/ICE portfolios. Providing standardized, robust, and Engineering solutions across platforms. Lead Trims design and development, ensuring domain readiness and technical excellence. Define system architectures, design standards , DFMEA , and engineering guidelines to support platform‑led program execution.
What you'll do
- Own functional leadership and accountability for Trims systems engineering across 3W and 4W EV/ICE portfolios
- Providing standardized, robust, and Engineering solutions across platforms
- Lead Trims design and development, ensuring domain readiness and technical excellence
- Define system architectures, design standards , DFMEA , and engineering guidelines to support platform‑led program execution
- Establish and govern engineering excellence frameworks, including PLM governance, GD&T rigor, DVP&R execution, design reviews
