About the role
As the Deputy Manager for Engine Maintenance within the esteemed Farm Division at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, you will play a strategic role in overseeing and leading all maintenance activities associated with tractor engines and related machinery.

- Drive sustained enhancements in equipment uptime, efficiency, and safety
- Manage spare parts inventory with precision to ensure uninterrupted maintenance workflows
- Lead efforts to embed a proactive maintenance culture that emphasises predictive and preventive strategies
- Ensuring adherence to all applicable occupational health and safety regulations, statutory mandates, and company policies is paramount
