About the role
As a Lead Engineer - NVH at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, you will play a crucial role in optimising automotive systems to enhance noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) performance. Demonstrating a strong understanding of automotive systems modelling, specifically in Body in White (BIW), cradles, chassis frames, closures, steering, and seating NVH.
What you'll do
- Executing static and dynamic analysis, employing optimisation techniques to effectively modify designs and meet project targets swiftly
- Assessing global stiffness, global modes, and dynamic stiffness to ensure robust designs
- Conducting model updates to correlate and validate operational NVH performance with simulation outcomes
- Evaluating the effect of system-level performance on overall vehicle performance, identifying potential improvements
- Creating process documentation for system-level NVH simulations and optimisation
