About the role
As a Lead Engineer in NVH at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, you will take a pivotal role in planning and executing Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) requirements for Internal Combustion engines, Electric Powertrains, and Driveline components during the virtual simulation stages of vehicle development.
What you'll do
- Take a pivotal role in planning and executing Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) requirements for Internal Combustion engines, Electric Powertrains
- Lead benchmarking efforts against industry standards, perform target setting
- Also spearhead the creation and refinement of processes, guidelines, and procedures aimed at continuous productivity improvement from NVH perspectives
