Manager - Electromechanical Design at Mahindra & Mahindra. Design and develop electromechanical systems that integrate mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
What you'll do
- Design and develop electromechanical systems that integrate mechanical, electrical, and electronic components
- Develop and optimize the design and manufacturing processes for electromechanical products, including Motor Control Units (MCU), On-Board Chargers (OBC)
- Manage end-to-end prototype development, build, testing, and DOE execution to verify functionality, optimize design performance, and meet component requirements
- Lead Mechanical Design by designing 3-D Model of Electronic devices enclosure, Heatsink, cover (Sheet metal and Plastic) and PCBA assemblies
- Create and maintain all mechanical drawings, including components, PCBA assembly, sub-assembly, final assembly drawings, and parts lists
