About the role
As a Manager - Legal (Auto) at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's legal framework, specialising in the automotive sector. Your primary responsibilities will encompass drafting and vetting a comprehensive range of commercial agreements, including Development and Supply Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Related Party Transactions (RPT) Agreements, Distributor and Dealer Agreements.
What you'll do
- Play a pivotal role in supporting the company's legal framework, specialising in the automotive sector
- Also be responsible for reviewing and drafting legal documents related to intellectual property rights, such as Technology Licenses, Domain Name Licenses
- Advise cross-functional business teams on compliance and legal queries associated with the Information Technology Act, Data Protection and Privacy laws
- Providing timely and practical legal counsel on day-to-day operational matters will be a key part of your role
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to ensure that all legal documentation supports the company's strategic objectives while mitigating risk
