About the role
Single point of contact responsible for planning and execution for Outbound logistics. Definition of logistics SLAs, inbound/outbound contracts and penalty clauses with periodic refresh including facilitating negotiations, coordinating with services providers for negotiation with periodic validation.
What you'll do
- Oversee the order-to-delivery process as per business Target
- Manage and optimize logistics costs
- Ensure qualitative, damage-free deliveries to maintain high customer satisfaction (PPM)
- Plan logistics to minimize detention times for P2P movements
- Effectively monitor logistics performance from all Logistics Service Providers
