About the role
Develop and implement preventive, predictive, TPM, and reliability-centered maintenance programs. Ensure high machine uptime and availability across all production areas. Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions. Monitor maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, OEE, and equipment reliability.
