Responsible for optimizing product design, tooling performance, cycle time, and manufacturing quality through advanced simulation techniques. Ensure First time Right Design with complete ownership from manufacturing point of view.

- Lead Mold Flow Simulation activities for all plastic component programs
- Define plastic engineering standards and simulation workflows
- Drive simulation-based design validation and optimization
- Establish engineering standards, best practices, and design guidelines
- Support early concept assessments to improve manufacturability
