Lead process planning and industrialization activities for new product launches and engineering changes to achieve seamless production readiness Handling TCF Process Engg team for Planning & execution of various platform projects & Capacity enhancement projects Manage Capex projects from need identification, budgeting, procurement, installation, commissioning, and buy-off while ensuring cost and timeline adherence
What you'll do
- Lead process planning and industrialization activities for new product launches and engineering changes to achieve seamless production readiness
- Handling TCF Process Engg team for Planning & execution of various platform projects & Capacity enhancement projects
- Manage Capex projects from need identification, budgeting, procurement, installation, commissioning, and buy-off while ensuring cost and timeline adherence
- Evaluate and implement automation and advanced manufacturing technologies to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency
- Drive quality assurance initiatives through PFMEA, SPC, CAPA, mistake-proofing, and process controls to achieve FTR, ETR, and DCE targets
