About the role
To develop and establish comprehensive vehicle repair and maintenance processes, special tools, workshop tools & equipment and labour time operation standards.
What you'll do
- Develop end-to-end repair and maintenance procedures for new vehicle programs across all aggregates and systems
- Create, validate and release Repair Manuals, Maintenance Manuals and Torque Manuals
- Identify, design, develop and validate special service tools required for vehicle maintenance, repair and overhaul activities
- Evaluate, specify, and recommend workshop tools and equipment for dealer workshop operations
- Conduct repair time studies to establish standard labour operation times
