About the role
Responsible for establishing simulation-led product development practices and supporting concurrent engineering activities. Ensure First time right Design from Manufacturing point of view with complete ownership.
What you'll do
- Lead sheet metal forming simulation activities across all vehicle programs
- Develop simulation methodologies for stamping feasibility and process validation
- Perform forming analysis for panels, reinforcements, structural members, and closures
- Establish engineering standards, best practices, and design guidelines
- Support early concept assessments to improve manufacturability
