About the role
As Manager- Sourcing (E&E) you will manage the sourcing, supplier development, commercialization and procurement of Automotive Accessories with a focus on Electrical & Electronic commodities such as infotainment systems, audio systems, telematics devices, cameras, sensors, chargers, switches, wiring accessories, connected accessories, lighting accessories, power electronics and emerging vehicle electronic solutions.

- Responsible for ensuring competitive sourcing, supplier capability, quality, timely project execution
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for automotive accessories and E&E component categories aligned to business, quality, cost and program objectives
- Lead supplier scouting, RFQ preparation, techno-commercial evaluation, quote synthesis and supplier nomination activities
- Evaluate suppliers based on technical capability, manufacturing processes, quality systems, development capability, financial health and delivery performance
