About the role
As Manager – Sourcing (Sheet Metal, Alloys & Wheels) you will manage end-to-end sourcing, procurement, supplier development, localization, and cost optimization activities for Sheet Metal Components, Steel Raw Materials, Alloy Wheels, Wheel-related Components, and Bought-Out Parts (BOP).
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end sourcing, procurement, supplier development, localization, and cost optimization activities for Sheet Metal Components, Steel Raw Materials
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for sheet metal components, steel raw materials, alloy wheels, wheel systems, and related commodities in line with business
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including RFQ/RFP management, techno-commercial evaluations, supplier selection, negotiations, supplier nomination, contracting
- Support new product development, engineering changes, and production requirements through timely sourcing decisions and supplier engagement
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and develop suppliers based on technical capability, quality systems, manufacturing competence, commercial competitiveness, capacity
