About the role
Lead end-to-end spares readiness for new product launches, including IDK (Initial Dealer Kit) and IWK (Initial Warehouse Kit). Coordinate across Engineering, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, Quality, Sales, and Suppliers to ensure launch readiness. Plan and execute sourcing, procurement, inventory, and distribution of launch-related spares and kits.
What you'll do
- 100% IDK & IWK readiness for new product launches
- Timely availability of launch spares, AD Kits, and aftermarket parts
- On-time sourcing, procurement, and dispatch to dealers and warehouses
- Supplier readiness and delivery performance
- Packaging price closure before SOS
