About the role
The role plays a critical part in supporting business growth through robust sourcing strategies, capacity development initiatives, and continuous supply chain improvements.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and growth requirements
- Work closely with SSU/CDMM teams to ensure supplier capacity development and supply continuity
- Lead sourcing and procurement activities for components and long lead-time parts to ensure timely availability and cost optimization
- Monitor and drive supplier performance on key parameters such as OTIF, lead time adherence, inventory management, and SCM improvement initiatives
- Implement inventory management best practices to maintain optimum stock levels while balancing customer service and working capital requirements
