To develop right quality of parts to support desired production levels following APQP process To study the received drawing and to confirm the manufacturability. Estimate costs component wise and details costing of the components/new part. To participate in settling the material and tooling cost within the budgeted values.
What you'll do
- Develop right quality of parts to support desired production levels following APQP process
- Participate in settling the material and tooling cost within the budgeted values
- Plan process at suppliers end and to prepare PFC (Process Flow Chart) and control plan
- Develop the part with right time and with right cost
- Ensure right fixtures, gauges and Toolings are planned for the development
