About the role
Define and monitor milestones by aligning all delivery heads. Resource mapping with ramp-up / ramp-down based on work content. Coordinate and finalize inputs with Finance to ensure Business Case readiness in terms of: Monitor and control the Business Case during product development. Monitor overall project timelines (including component/system level) and escalate in case of potential foreseen risks.
